This morning was a blessing!

Such a beautiful sunrise!

My shift started at three o´clock in the pich black night and ended at 11 when the rest of my mates awoke.
Jörgen (my brother) and I had all morning to sit and talk about life and all therein.
Nice conversations developes when averything is calm aboard.
Really good.

I the first dawn we met a big freighter and spoke with them on the radio to ask if they saw us on their radar.
We do not have any transponder or any kind of reflective device aboard and it was interresting for us to know if they could see us or not.
Acording the the reply they saw us bright and clear on their screen.
Good to know.

Then we started to clean all the windows in the cockpit and we emptyed out the (organic) waste that was still in the kitchen.
Cleaned up the cockpit sofas and rewarded ourselfs with two chocolat emuffins from yesterdays
baking.

We sat and read our books and just kept on talking, scanning the horizon every now and then, and just enjoying life as it is right inthis moment!
Nothing better than being really present.
Alot of times you are always on the move.
Going somwhere, doing something for something else, preparing for later.......

Hey ! ?
Later ?
Why later? Later will always come to you no matter you seek it or not.
Try to just live every moment instead.

11.30 I put on some nice reggea music "these are the things you must bare in mind...." and dipped my rod to try to catch some fish.

The rest of the crew woke up and we had a nice meal of oatmeal with pineapple and raisins!
Great energy!

Beautiful day but slightly decending winds and therefore also less speed.

Have a great one you all too !  :-D
