At the third attempt we finally transited the Gibraltar Straits passing the rock at 1900 yesterday evening. Since entering the Mediterranean we have been motoring along the rhumb line (direct route) towards a headland to the East of Almeria where we will alter course towards the next headland near Cartagena. ETA Denia if nothing changes is midnight on Thursday 23rd
