Rather more harm was done than we had originally thought; although the affected instrument came back to life straightaway almost all the instruments have been alarming like canaries night and day ever since with loss of heading or wind data and affecting the chartplotter mildly as well.

Another go with the watermaker filled the bilges with water as eventually we found a split in a hose and a closed valve; maybe tomorrow we can actually harvest the water we make!

Has been a lovely days sailing with steady easterly breeze; gybed in the morning to head towards the west with a spinnaker up for most of the day.
