Apparently we have been doing something wrong and
the blog postings have not been working. Hopefully we have now solved the
problem but we may appear to have 3 positions for the same day!
Charging along this moorning at 9kts plus until the
wind slackened and then spent a very busy hour putting up twin poled headsails
before stopping for a beer to let teh sweat dry. Had three fish (all Dorado) on
the line. The first and thrid got away but No2 is now in teh fridge in filleted
bits and will be allowed out for dinner tonight.
Now wallowing along at 4.5 knots and at this rate
will not achieve the 170nm that we did yesterday. Last time I looked we had 2446
to go.
Have somehow managed to lose the plug to the galley
sink and the water pump has decided to run continuously which is novel. Apart
from that everything is as it should be.
