Just 47 mile to go. Can you believe it? We can’t. We continue to race against 12 or so boats close by. You may recall our overall fleet position has recently been in the lower thirties. We'd love to take couple of late places to finish under thirty.

Aside from this, we struck a wager with another boat (Stealer VI) at the start that which ever boat of the two came first would enjoy dinner at the expense of the second boat. At noon yesterday we were 120 miles ahead. They are unlikely to close that gap, so we are looking forward to a good meal!  

Will report more fully once we cross the line. All hands on deck now to tweak everything for boat speed during these last miles. Can we finish under thirty?
