Last night fumbling around in the dark, I thought the handheld GPS
had fallen onto the cockpit cushion..
I quickly went to pick it up
I screamed
How did a severed finger get into our cockpit? Pirates?
One of the crew lying unconcsious in pain
a terrible injury?
It was cold, slimy and just like a dead finger (not that I am that used to dead fingers)
yep, a flying b y fish!
Never go on watch until you have your wits about u!
I threw it overboard and took five minutes to recover..suppose it was lucky it wasn't the handheld GPS!
