Day 5
Apologies to anyone actually reading this but the angle of sail we have been on for the last few days has not been conducive to sitting at the nav station trying to type on a laptop!
Our weather on this passage remains much the same, mostly blue skies and not too big a swell but the wind remains stubbornly in the SE continuing to push us further West of our track. We are now 160nm West of the Rhum line which means we will be out here for at least an extra day. The good news is the high should be centred over Northland for our approach which should make things more pleasant when the time comes. It is forecast to get stronger again today but hopefully nothing too much.
All is well onboard although it's hard to do anything other than sit or lie down!
That's all for now
