Logged in @ RWYC = Royal Western Yacht Club for a while.
Sitting here at the RWYC using their facilities incl wi-fi and bar - of
course.

Weather unsettled with strong wind warning. One yacht towed in today to marina otherwise not much movement.
Varnished the stbd side of main cabin which you (Dick) kindly rubbed down and prepared for me - looks much better! Did some shopping as fed up eating curried eggs! So it's cornish pasty and boiled potatoes tonight when I've finished emails. Spent time today looking for and at leaks which seems to take time as all floorboards and bunks have to be removed portside for a start. Spoke to shipwright who advised me to put copper tingles on the outside of
hull which I can do when I next dry out (the boat that is!). Will contact Alan Toms boatyard tomorrow and see if the have the materials - copper strip and bronze self gripping nails and probably do the work at Toms  Boatyard at Fowey when convenient to him and me.

Some German sailor confused me with Robin Knox - Johnston today so I took  it as a compliment. Personally I think I look more like Ernest Hemingway!

Sailing with Capt Cook for the second time on a voyage of discovery - very
interesting. An iron man in a wooden ship! Must get back to boat for a glass of wine and dinner before the lights go
out- in my brain! Closing down listening watch - actually I'm just going back to the boat for something to eat and say goodnight Zebedee after a quick sail with Capt  Cook. Can't wait for Magellan. By the way my Magellan GPS has given up the ghost with water ingress should have bought yours as presumably you can track the vessels course esp round sand banks! Just gone back to the bar for a glass of red wine! Nothing changes - only the colour of the wine...
