Hi Everyone,

Having spoken to Richard this evening, he was just arriving at Audierne in France with Chris, having had some great French bread and cheese on route. In the morning they will decide, depending upon weather forecasts, if they are going to cross the Bay of Biscay or sail along the coast to Bordeaux.

If they leave and sail across the Bay of Biscay tomorrow we won’t hear from them again for 4 days as it is roughly 400 miles across the bay to Corunna. Lets hope they do some shopping for provisions tonight! Chris is on the boat until Corunna.

The weather for them today was 30 degs C with a rolling sea mist that got burnt off by the sun and very little wind. Presumably perfect weather for crossing the Bay of Biscay!
