Now to keep things simple, and make sure everyone understands we have a number of 'stations' on the boat. Examples are the nav station where the nav is done and the snacks station which is very important in keeping up crew morale when at sea. The photo here shows the egg station with the head of egg procurement and the head of egg management whose job it is to turn the eggs on a regular basis. They both have detailed and impressive cv's on egg matters.
