During last night’s dinner in the cockpit we watched, on one side of Moonstone, a beautiful sunset whilst at exactly the same time and on the opposite side a full moon appeared over the horizon through a sky of fluffy cotton wool trade wind clouds........this was all very romantic but a little later, after it went dark, a bug eyed flying fish landed in Claire’s lap – you should have heard her scream!
