Sunday 6

Spent the day in the anchorage and went into the bar restaurant in the afternoon.  It has been raining a lot.

Monday 7

7am cooked brownies and choc chip cookies for the journey.

9am went to Livingston by launcha, checked out with Raul and back to Burnt Cay, aka Cayo Kamado, La Laguna and Texan Bay.

12 noon, got back, said goodbyes and took up the anchor.

I motored down the river and crossed the bar at 2pm.  High tide was 4pm and I had 6’ of water at the lowest point, but I only need 5’, still it is a bit stressful.

The wind picked up and I was able to turn the motor off and sail for 90 minutes.

It rained and there were squalls.  2 miles out I took the genoa down and put the motor back on.

I anchored at 1730 at Tres Puntas in 10’ of water with 3 other boats and Homers’ Odyssey was close behind me.
