Day 3,
An uneventful but surprisingly cooler night considering
we are only 250nm South of Fiji. The wind has been up and down but averaging 15
to 20kn from the SSE so we are being pushed well West of our intended course we
are soon to be passing Ceva I Ra reef but well clear of it. Our speed over
ground is averaging just over 6kn but our boat speed has been up around 7 so we
must be experiencing some adverse current.
All is well onboard and I am very glad I have plenty of
meals prepared as the galley is not the best place to spend lots of time on this
angle!
