The breeze has finally arrived and I am now sailing
properly! Last 24 hour run was 104 miles and tomorrow should be better
than that. At last. And because there's a decent breeze the
temperature has dropped back to a more comfortable 75F, cooler on deck in the
breeze. Yesterday evening I was surrounded by a huge pod of dolphins,
leaping and splashing with abandon although completely ignoring me, a wonderful
spectacle to watch for about ten minutes. This morning there are lots of
Shearwaters flying around me, but luckily none in the cockpit.
