Good morning Australia from the good ship Sunboy

It is now 7.20am Sunboy time or 6.20am E.S.T and all is well aboad the ship. We are currently about 290 miles north east of Coffs on a starboard gybe with a reef in the main and a full running headsail, sailing at about 120 degrees apparent. We have had current against us for just about all of the trip and at the moment we have about 1 to 1.5 knots of adverse current so our speed over the ground is not all that great but the conditions are just superb.

The course computer is putting us into Coffs on Tuesday morning at this stage but I think if the forecast is right, the wind will increase during the day and may then push us forward again to Monday night, it is still in the lap of the gods. Waiting to hear back from Australian Customs if we can check in after hours or if we have to drop anchor in the harbour and wait till office hours. Will advise as soon as I hear.

So hope you all have a very relaxed Sunday. It is just that way here on board, the younger members of the crew are all asleep down below, Debsy is on watch and is up on deck reading a book and I have already had brekkie and may put my head down for an hour or so soon. Weather is a bit warmer this morning thank goodness as the nights have been a tad cold, something we are definately not used to.

Keep well and post tomorrow all being well.
