Day 4 - No pics as low cloud cover.

The boys left Westport and progressed towards Stornoway. We scheduled a fuel stop in Mallaig. The boat covered 320 Miles today and average 40 Knots. A fantastic achievement.

Unfortunately 7 miles out from Mallaig the engines put up a fault signal, which we could not resolve. One engine was shut down and they returned to Mallaig. Today 12th June we have an Evinrude engineer looking into this problem.

If we can resolve the fault the boys will reconfigure the next stop and we will see how far they can go. report tomorrow.
