Hi,
Finally, we've received confirmation of the new start date for the race - Tuesday 29th December.
So, we'll be in the UK for Christmas although I'm hoping that no friends or family will be expecting Christmas presents from me as I thought I'd have a good excuse this year!
Rich and I fly back to La Gomera on Sunday 27th December to complete final checks in Red Arrow before hopefully setting off on the 29th.
We've both got a couple of weeks back in the UK to catch up with friends and family, spend some hours on the rowing machine and to eat ourselves silly over Christmas to put some weight on!
