Waaahhhoooo
We passed our halfway point at 0616 and I won the sweep for time of arrival which was set before we had no main sail such has been the wind :)! Apparently I only win glory and the right to tell a storey rather then the free beers for a week I wanted :(.
Ali and I finished sewing at noon and hoisted the refreshed main - the flash carbon sail now looks cool with its patch of sofa fabric poorly but strongly sewed all over the tear. We've been pulling 13kn pretty often since setting of on the new gybe so very happy atm as Roshni is doing her stuff again :)!
All of us are bushed but in good spirits and on the 1000 mile 'home run' now.
