Best days run so far of 145 nm, a broad reach all
through the night in 20 knots of wind. Still going wel now but wind forecast to
drop this evening. Haven't seen any other shipping for a couple of days
now but that will change soon as we approach the traffic separation schemes of
the Englsh Channel. Rest of curry thrown overboard, I still have the taste
of it , quite unpleasant. Ed made bacon and eggs this morning which was very
welcome. Finally finished my Iain banks novel(pretty dull) and pleased to see
Sam reading so much.
