Had a great time in Cartagena after our Horror Night with rudder problems
and consistent 40 knot winds to get there. All is now fixed after a quick
day long haul out. We used the time to clean off the barnacles and check
everything underneath which was great. We LOVED Cartagena - it is a really
beautiful old city and we really recommend it. The Columbian people were
fantastic and the local cruising community wonderful. We are now safely
tucked up in the San Blas after a good easy overnight passage. Coco Banderas
is a lovely anchorage and we really could stay here for weeks. Next up we
will go to the Hollandes and the Lemmon Cays which I imagine are just as
unspoiled and enjoyable. We are starting to get organised for Panama and
feeling good. Adios for now. The Nika crew xx
