We had a very interesting morning today with the wind absolutely howling through the marina. About 10.00ish the wind eased and we decided to venture out to get our tanks topped up. To our astonishment the whole length of the fuel berth was taken up by the original “J Class” yacht, Endeavour. According to Yachting World it was designed in 1934 for Mr Sopwith the chap that designed the Sopwith Camel (First World War plane).  It was a marvel to see but that feeling was slowly eroded as this fabulous vessel was hogging the fuel berth filling its tanks for a full 2 hours. Meanwhile we were getting very dizzy going round in circles waiting for them to finish.

Tanks now full we are just waiting the arrival of new crew in the guise of Keith Vernon then we are ready for the next leg of our adventure.
