An "add on" to yesterday's notes.
Last week I had a patient turn up for a repeat prescription for her pills for epilepsy. She didn't have enough cash with her but had brought a huge pile of onions. There was only one thing for it - I offered to buy them from her. She only wanted 500 francs (50p) for them and there were more onions than Anne & I could cope with so we gave some away to the two locals who help us in the house. Net result, everybody was happy!

Previously I think we have mentioned the noise problem from dogs during the night. Well the villagers have identified three wild dogs which they are trying to get rid of. To date they've chased, cornered and killed one - an exercise which involved a huge group of locals!

We think we'll be moving house this coming week, something to look foward to.
