Just a quick message to let everyone know we're still OK. Nicola has tracked down a replacement charger for the laptop & it's en route. Parcels take around 8 weeks to get here, so it'll be some time before we're back in action. Our chief engineer at the hospital thinks he's tracked down a suitable charger in Yaounde, so here's hoping.

We are both still having an amazing time & Anne's work with the schools is proceeding well and she's had some amazing cultural experiences. I'm beginning to feel that I'm able to make more of a contribution in the hospital and have just finished my first week "on call" without any major catastrophes!

Once we're back in action, we have a wealth of material to "post".

Meantime, we really appreciate all the messages we've received.

In case we can't get back on line again this month, we wish everyone a Merry Christmas & a very Happy New Year.
