Today things are a lot calmer. After us all having a a good nights
sleep (we left the boat sailing herself checking every hour) we woke up to calm
seas and no wind so motored for about 4 hours. As a result of mororing we
had hot water, which meant a lovely shower this afternoon and some clean
clothes!
The boys have
managed to do a great job repairing
the spray hood with dental floss and ducktape! If you look carefully you
can see how fast we are going (7.2kts), and in the right direction too. The sea
has been quite flat all day - so we are having a great sail - although it has
now started to rain, and the waves look as though they are getting bigger - oh
well - here we go again, we new it wouldn't last for too
long!!
