We have just passed through some really nasty weather but boat and crew
are fine but a little jaded.

We were expecting 30knt winds NW and got just over 50 with a large
confused sea. It was a long and tiring day keeping the boat straight down
the waves but we are through the other side and making good progress down
the Portugese Coast.

Our intention is to stop in Cascais and wait for a day for another system
to pass before the final hop to Lanzarote.

We are 100nm away, Bearing 175 T SOG 6.8

Crew and boat all in good spirits thanks to Annas brilliant Lasagne for
dinner!
