All is well and we are settled into some sort of routine.
We are getting about 6-7 hrs sleep aday. Both up at 8.00 for SSB weather charts from Boston. 8.30 is the SSB radio net with about 10-15 boats all crossing but spread out over 1000 miles. Then fill the day with cooking, eating, sleeping and reading, not forgetting ball time with Chester. Then 20.00 starts 3hr shift sleeping/watch through the night.

We are still heading more south than west partly to reach the Trade Winds Belt and also because its impossible to run dead down wind with waves rolling up your bum!
The winds have been constant and the sails havent been altered for 3 days and we havent touched the wheel since leaving the anchorage at Las Palmas, thank goodness for autopilots. I would say that its plain sailing but I don't want to be a Jonah!

Well there is about 2249 miles to go and we average about 6 knots. If we can get lucky with the winds and our course we may get to Martinique for Christmas Eve.

Tosca :-)
