We've just had Marinara out for a wash and brush up before the start. Keel, prop and rudder all present and correct with a new anode fitted for good measure. Dave and Tony have worked out the perfect rotating menu plan(!) and apart from fresh food and some gas, we're in good shape. The good news is that it's 26 degrees at 1830. The not so good news is the lashing rain! We went to the communications briefing this morning which was useful; tomorrow it's weather and routeing. More anon.
