Alternator fixed!

Egilsstadir. It was 7 degrees this morning, low overcast, light rain
and still blowing 20 to 30 knots. The new alternator brushes were
installed without any problems. The radio noise from the sparking
alternator has stopped and the charging current normal and steady. The
friendly fire brigade at Egilsstadir airport even parked a bulldozer in
front of Honey Mooney to shield me from the cold wind and horizontal
rain. Why does people go on summer holidays in such cold and windy
places? Will go to 'Kaffi og Te' and check the weather through their
WiFi for our flight to Bodø tomorrow. |
