Our aviator friend Claude REYMOND had just arrived back from
Montréal two days ago, and came along with us in Honey Mooney to
receive Wojciech MIRSKI arriving back in Les Eplatures
airport from his round the world flight in his Comanche 260
HB-OTF. We heard Wojciech on the Geneva information frequency on the way, and had a quick chat on the radio. We landed just 10 minutes before him, so we just had time to get the chocks installed and get the cameras ready. He got permission from the tower to do a high speed low pass over the runway (with the gear up) followed by a circuit and a beautiful, perfect landing.  Wojciech on short final

There was a large crowd of family and friends assembled on the
apron to receive him. Wojciech got his first welcome kiss from their
dog, the second from his wife Eliana, and the third from his daughter
Caroline. Welcome kiss from his dog!
 The champagne was ready to
be
sprayed!
