Anchored off the beautiful beach, Ensenada Playa
Grande on Isla de San Jose. This is a private island that is pretty much
uninhabited. We have enjoyed exploring the beach and creeks. We caught a big
spotted mackeral on the way here so had a feast of fish lunch again! The new
lure we bought is doing it's job. There are a lot of holes on the
beach where turtles have layed eggs. It was a full moon last night so maybe
they hatched.
We are looking at heading to Galapagos in the next
few days depending on the weather forcast. As we will be crossing the doldroms
on the way there it would be nice to have some wind in the beginning to give us
a head start!
