I will do a much bigger diary tomorrow but.........
Yesterday we made it. We rowed right up to the quay side in Nelsons
dockyard, English Harbour, Antigua. We had crossed the oficial line some
hours before but wanted the icing as well as the cake. As we came into the
harbour loads of little boats joined in our row, hooting horns and
whistling as the whole harbour welcomed us to shore. It was so exciting,
emotional and fun all in bundle. Liz was there to meet me as well as half
of Antigua - like home from the Falklands.
