Finally, we are done. Fix this, replace that, do we have spares?!
Now, it is about the sailing. We are leaving this morning at 10am, a
quick stop in Cowes (Isle of Wight) to collect a sail from the loft,
as well as the WayFarere meals we will be using for the trans-Atlantic
race. (Shhh, fingers crossed I will have time to dash out unnoticed
and get us all some Tiffin's baguette sandwiches.)

So, the plan is to go out of the Needles by 2pm and have tides with us
for the channel crossing. Must admit, havent seen the forecast yet
but it is cold this morning. Autumn has atrrived as one can see one's
breathe out there.

The tentative plan is as follows: if we have decent weather we are
non-stop to Gibraltor. If we have lousy weather then quick stops in
Brest and somewhere in Spain.

Will try and keep the blog updated, however I am having trouble
connecting to internet via the boat's Iridium phone. It seems my
laptops USB port might not be the correct one?! Don't ever
understand those pop-up boxes you get when something isnt correct on a
PC!

SHould have mobile and Blackberry reception for the next day. But
mid-channel doesnt work so well .. Will write soon!!!
