Arrived safely Figuero de Foz after a lovely motor/sail from Aveiro. Had
the gennakerup for 5.5hrs in NW3 wind. Beautiful hot day. Discovered
when we got here that both forward LED nav lights have failed. After
much investigation reckon this was caused by water ingress and shock
loadingsfrom a short slammingat the mouth of the River Douro. Expensive
and the disadvantage of modern technology. Off home Wednesday morning
from Lisbon airport a 3hr train journey which should be fun
