Kenneth Eiloo and me left Boat Lagoon on Sunday 13th September 2015 and sailed to Phi Phi island for a cooling swim as there was little wind and we were baking under the Bimini. Afterwards we picked up the anchor and headed out before dusk to Langkawi Telaga Harbour where we fuelled and found a South African shop where we bought wors, biltong and loads of other “famous South African” dishes – all pre-cooked and frozen. Our next leg was to Penang which was done under engine due there being no wind. Kenneth flew to London from there to join his ship in Argentina and Eiloo and I sailed [motored]Antares to Singapore where we are now and will remain until mid Jan 2016 to enjoy civilisation before our voyage across the Indian Ocean to South Africa.
