Moving South and East from Abu Galawa our second stop in the Fury Shoal was the West lagoon anchorage on Dolphin reef.

On the way we were surrounded by as many as forty dolphins dolphins including some young ones.

We dropped anchor in the large lagoon and soon set out to explore the reefs .

The snorkelling was as good as Abu Galawa and the shallow water was warm if a little murky.  The number and size of fish had us again entranced, however, so we decided to stay for a second night.

Making the best of Intsomi's failing freezer, we dined on defrosted prawns on our first night on Dolphin reef.
