Left La corruna at last. The engine seems to now be ok and heading 240
degrees with some tide against us. The autohelm is now repaired and
working as well. Full tank and 40 litres spare.

Weather looks good for rounding finistere so going for 24 hour run
possibly heading for Baiona on Tuesday afternoon. Winds expected to pick
up late Tuesday so will definately call in just to get feel for weather
ahead.

We had to break into the marina last night by climbing wall and later went
for tapas. Glad to leave Corunna behind the weather is too much like
England on a normal summer day (this year excepted)....

We have company 2 or 3 miles behind I think it is an English 40 footer,
Green Salini, heading the same way.

We had a rare sighting of Mr Adam Sly the single handed round the world
skipper. Bless his cotton socks and his lovely beard. Looked a bit saltier
from when I last saw him in Brest.
