After a bit of a squeeze
getting into the separation lane off Gibraltar, Diatonic with Richard and
Paul, then had to put up with a foul current at slack water off Tarifa
Pt. The Heading in red gave a Course Made Good shown green. After 4 days
of exciting downhill sailing averaging 6.7 knots Diatonic arrived in
Lanzarote 23rd September. Making for Gran Canaria on the 19th
November and hopefully get a marina berth after ARC has left on the 22nd. Hoping
to leave for Barbados with crew John and Bob on the 24th or 25th and planning to
meet OCC in St Lucia on the 20th December. Diane is flying out to
Barbados on about 17th.
