A quiet 24 hours again, little or no wind, I spent 2 hours this morning setting and thenn taking dow the crusing chute, setting the main on a preventer, rigging the pole and poling the jib out, only to take it all in again as the lack of wind having completed the manoeuvres meant the sails were flogging needlessly.

It's warmer again, less winter clothing needed on night watches last night.

Tom stood an hour of my first watch with me.

We hope to be in to the island of San Cristobal by tomorrow.
