We spent over a week at this remarkable atoll; the population all have the surname Marsters, being descended from William Marsters from Glos, UK who came here and took 3 wives...

Eddie Marsters and his family 'adopted' us during our stay, showing us this tiny island, sharing their food and making us feel very welcome.

Near the anchorage a pod of Humpback whales was in residence, and we frequently saw them leaping out of the water!
