For the last 24 hours we've had wind, from the port quarter, with speeds of upto 25knots so we've double reefed the main and rolled the genoa quite a bit. The seas have been larger than I would have anticipated and we have not been pushing the boat too hard. We've been quite comfortable although we get the odd dollop of wet in the cockpit.

Found a reasonable size flying fish on deck today. All the kids are on good form; they get the boat untidy with lego, and then grumble about clearing it up!

We normally have enough power for the kids to watch a DVD for an hour or so each afternoon. Currently we're watching Star Wars II.
