Day 5 has bought more light winds and flatter seas
enabling us to practice our sextant skills. We saw another sail boat which was
exciting (after not seeing anybody for days) We hailed them on VHF and enjoyed
having a chat. Unfortunately they (SV Christina H) had picked up fishing net on
their prop so their engine was disabled  We are all excited that we have 170 nm
left until Mindelo so should be there tomorrow evening. We celebrated with a
bottle of wine and then sealed a message into the empty bottle.
