Quiet day today. After a leisurely start to the day (in other words we had
another late night at the Porto da Espada) walked over to the chandlery
(www.boatsailservice.com/index_eng.htm) this morning to buy some marine
silicon sealant. What a place! Loads of practical "stuff" on which I could
have spend a fortune (but didn't). Then on to our favoured pavement cafe
for a lingering light lunch watching the world go by. This afternoon Mike
applied the sealant to some suspected sources of leaks while I drafted 95%
of the Notice of Race for the Sunbeam 95th anniversary championship regatta
in September (http://www.sunbeamclass.org.uk/).
To the OCC party at the Clube Naval this evening. Now back onboard tidying
up some loose ends before turning in.
Competitors pontoon party tomorrow from noon until late so perhaps an early
night is a good idea!
