Todays blog from the good ship JK, weather at last is hot and sunny with a light breeze so drying out, I am having problems downloading at emails as emails have been back up over the last few days and always kicking the contact off before fully downloading and then having to start all over again.. very annoying but can sent.....

 

Marcus has write the blog today so i am sure you may need to change it lol

Hi I'm Marcus a trainee for PYR I'm going to tell you a bit about our trip so far going across the pond. what would you like to know. probably how easy going it is the amazing food good drinks good sleep and good music. i can say some of that is true like the good music.

 

This is the longest period of time I have been on a boat without calling into port was about 6 days, so this is a little step up. do i mind it. no not really its been a great trip so far with some advance problem sets like a couple storms big swells rain the boat so keeled over you can't sleep. but hey this sailing right. the great things has been the good company no one is hurt we have blue skies and water around us. I'm away from technology i don't know what's going on in the world or the latest face book update and its great. being away from it all just opens up your brain and out of that 21st century nonsense. what could be better than sailing across the Atlantic ocean fishing going fast with good people. not much i can say that. maybe a couple ladies on board would be nice not just 9 men on a 43 foot boat but hey you win some and loose some. if you are reading this and wondering if you should go on a trip like I'm doing right now then the answer is definitely yes. why not, what have you got to loose not much maybe 15 to 20 days at sea. and you could love it so give it a go i all i would say. but don't think its all down wind sailing because we have been going upwind for the last 3 days maybe more so because we are on a racing boat but maybe not. anyway its been great talking with you I'm not great at this blog stuff but i though id give it a go mainly because my skipper said i had too.
