Parati

Day 6: About halfway - by distance and, hopefully, a bit
more by passage time. All's good abroad Parati - all a little tired but
relieved Alix has passed. Lovely night watches last night with a
gibbous moon and then a beautiful starry sky. We now have following wind
and waves as head further Northwards towards the Azores. Now the challenge is to
make sure we keep in the wind until, at a minimum, we are within motoring
range (800 mils or so) - would prefer to sail all the way of course, but the
Azores high may be unavoidable! We are also trying to keep just east
of the fast collapsing cold front generated by Alix - rain and,. on
the other side, wind from the north - not good!
