The first Photo trial

the night because of our problems yesterday, but are now running very gently
downwind in 10 knots of wind, bright sunshine, warm, some nice jazz playing,
and beer ice cold from the fridge. If racing were always like this, I would
find a way of doing it for a living.
We are flying our 'Cornish Flag', A big light Genoa, black with the white
cross.
According to my schooldays, and some sums, we are now only 43 miles from
being officially in the tropics.
We are now wishing that we had been more ruthless with THE FISH we caught
yesterday. So we've eaten a lot of fish, but another few days of kingfish
would have beaten cans of assorted stuff.
We lost a halyard up the mast today and had to stop for another hour to
feed it back in. Alun drew the short straw, mainly because he bought his own
bosuns chair, and was the one up the mast. Another way of looking at it is he is
the heaviest, and we and I had to haul him up.
We took some lovely photos of dolphins this morning but on Daves camera, so
cannot download them. My camera talks to this computor, so we'll use that in
future. The trial photo follows (?)
We miss you all and are delighted with the emails, and that you are following the
ARC logs.
Best regards Rod Dave and Alun SY Moonshine
