                | 9:36.72N 79:35.12W We arrived in good time and anchored just after lunch.  There was a 2-3 metre swell running and this was forecast to increase, so we were glad to be tucked up in this protected anchorage, in the lee of Isla Linton.  We spent 4 nights here and were glad to be able to go walking in the Portobelo National Park where we were fortunate to see some white-throated capuchin monkeys.  The mother and child were very cute and we were able to get a few photos before the male started to get a bit protective.
