The forecast for this bit was not too good and the weather has been true to the forecast! The winds and seas came up last night and it's been a bumpy ride. The forecast suggest it will easy off  a bit this evening.  The Oceana has just passed to the north of us heading for the Panama canal, but we couldn't see it as the seas are too lumpy. Just called them up and had a chat - they have about 1200 passengers and 800 crew. Feeding that lot must be a nightmare. Will provide more details of the last 24 hours tomorrow when we hope we'll have calmer seas!
