I realised when I had questions from friends that not everyone who is following the Akarana blog knows that we are parked deliberately in Las Palmas for some weeks prior to the start of the ARC2009.
For those of you who might be wondering why the boat has stopped. It is deliberate. Nothing terrible has befallen us and we are not wasting away (lavishly indulging) in the fleshpots of Las Palmas.
It was always planned that we should leave the boat here and all return to work until the weekend of 14th / 15th November. Only then will we return to prepare for the Atlantic crossing ( and take in a few fleshpots).
