John & I have both enjoyed our break and will now be putting to good use all that valuable experience we gained on the trip down to Gibraltar - e.g. how to eat 3 months of supplies in 10 days.
This next leg from Gibraltar to Tenerife should be a bit shorter (600-700 miles) and we are hoping to be there about 7 days after we leave. Our plan at the moment is to leave on the optimum tide at about 16:00 tomorrow (15th October 2009). This should get us out of the straits of Gibraltar, past Tarifa, and heading west/southwest into the Atlantic by nightfall tomorrow. You can follow our progress, as before, at ...
