We’ve decided to pick up another weather forecast before definitely making our Westerly route into the Atlantic. Had a fairly OK night though the winds were pretty relentless, which is tiring but it does mean that we are still speeding along! Yesterday we covered 170 nautical miles – a new record !! Fast, fast, fast. Winds are averaging around 20 knots, which isn’t bad at all, though they occasionally pick up to nearing 30. Very pleased with how the boat is handling - Samantha is a real lady of the ocean.

Everyone feeling better and have all had a solid breakfast.

All good. Erwin saw some dolphins briefly but too far away, unfortunately ...............
